Refunds for hotel, car, or activity, including when they’re part of a package, are processed within our normal timeframe, 24 hours from the cancellation request. First and foremost, remember we will never ask you to purchase a gift card to pay for your travel reservation or make changes to your itinerary. Hang up if the person on the other line asks you to purchase a gift card or wire money to them to complete a transaction.
